Dublin - Circuit Civil Court - New County Registrar Motions - from 21 February 2022

Please note from Monday 21st February 2022 the Dublin Civil Office will temporarily cease allocating Court dates to new County Registrar Motions.  This is to enable the office to bring forward 2023 dates (as per notice published on the 15th February 2022).

New incoming Motions will be stamped as receipted but no court date will be allocated. All papers will be retained in the Dublin Civil Office until the dates have been allocated.

This is a large undertaking by the office to reduce waiting times and your patience and understanding is appreciated.
